How to forward newsletters for translated listening

Make room for the content you care about

Bring a few subscriptions you care about into a shared listening library and work through them at your own pace.

In TransUtter, open Forward Email from the + menu or empty home screen. Copy your personal inbox address.
Use the test-email action and check that the message arrives in the inbox.
Follow the app’s Gmail, Outlook, QQ Mail or 163 instructions. Begin with a rule for one newsletter and complete the email provider’s verification steps.
Alternatively, subscribe with your personal address. Open any confirmation link from the app’s separate confirmation-message list.
When an article arrives, review its content and processing settings. Confirm any costs before translating and listening. Repeat the check when adding subscriptions.

What if the test email does not arrive?

Check the personal address and sending status, finish any provider verification, then refresh the app inbox.

Why did I get a confirmation instead of an article?

Open the subscription-confirmation link first. The newsletter sender controls when subsequent articles are delivered.
