请在使用翻丫（TransUtter，以下称“本 App”）前阅读本协议。开始使用即表示你接受这些条款。
一、服务内容
本 App 在简体中文、英语、法语、西班牙语之间互译播客、网页文章和文本，并用合成语音朗读。处理可以在你的设备上完成（本机模式），也可以由我们的服务器配合第三方云服务完成（云端模式）。数据如何流动详见隐私政策。
二、账号
云端模式需要通过 Apple 登录。你有责任保管好自己的 Apple ID。你可以随时在 App 内删除账号。
三、订阅与点数
- 云端处理按点数计量。点数通过 App 内的月度自动续订订阅获得，是虚拟商品，仅可在本 App 内使用，不可兑换现金。
- 订阅按月自动续订，除非你在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消。费用在每个续订周期开始时由你的 Apple 账户扣除。你可以随时在 iOS 的「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅；取消在当期结束时生效，当期已发放的额度不受影响。
- 每期发放的点数可以结转一个周期。当期没有用完的点数会自动保留到下一个周期继续使用；到下一个周期结束时仍未用完的部分将过期作废。也就是说，任何一份点数的最长有效期是两个周期。
- 扣除的点数取决于内容来源与目标语言：每分钟内容，转换播客节目扣除的点数为其他内容（上传的音频、粘贴的文本、分享的网页正文）的三分之二；译为中文以外的语言时，扣除的点数为译为中文时的三倍。当前费率以 App 内订阅页的说明为准，我们会在 App 内公示。
- 点数不可转让、不可兑换现金，账号删除后不予退还。
- 同一账号对同一集内容只扣一次点数，重新打开或重试不重复扣除。
- 退款由 Apple 依据 App Store 的退款政策处理。若 Apple 通知我们某笔交易已退款，我们会相应扣回该笔交易发放的、尚未使用的点数。
- 我们可能调整订阅的价格、包含点数或扣除费率。价格调整会按 Apple 的规则事先通知你并征得必要的同意；点数与费率的调整只对调整生效后的周期适用，不影响你已经持有的点数。
四、你提交的内容
- 你对自己提交的内容负责，并应确保你有权提交与处理这些内容。
- 请勿提交违法内容，或你没有相应权利的受版权保护的内容。
- 处理结果（转写文稿、译文、合成音频）仅供你个人学习与使用；原始内容的版权仍属于其权利人。
- 云端处理依赖第三方云服务，这些服务商会依据当地法规对内容进行审核，可能拒绝处理某些内容。这类拒绝不构成我们的违约。
五、机器处理的准确性
语音识别、翻译与语音合成均由机器自动完成，不保证准确、完整或适合任何特定用途。请勿将处理结果用于医疗、法律、金融等需要专业准确性的场景。重要内容请自行核对原文。
六、服务可用性
我们会尽力保持服务可用，但不承诺不中断。我们可能因维护、升级、第三方服务故障或不可抗力暂停或调整服务。我们也可能变更或停止部分功能；若停止云端服务，我们会提前在 App 内告知。
七、可接受使用
- 不得对本 App 或服务端做逆向工程、破解、绕过额度计量或滥用接口。
- 不得以自动化方式发起超出正常个人使用范围的请求。
- 违反本条时，我们可以限制或终止你的账号。
八、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的间接、偶发或后果性损失不承担责任。在任何情况下，我们的赔偿责任总额不超过你在提出主张之前 12 个月内为本 App 实际支付的金额。
本条不排除或限制依法不可排除的责任。
九、协议变更
我们可能更新本协议，并在本页顶部更新生效日期。重大变更会在 App 内提示。变更后继续使用即视为接受新条款。

Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using TransUtter. By using the app you accept them.
1. The service
TransUtter translates podcasts, web articles and text between Simplified Chinese, English, French and Spanish and reads the result aloud with synthesised speech. Processing runs either on your device (on-device mode) or on our server together with third-party cloud services (cloud mode). See the Privacy Policy for how data flows.
2. Accounts
Cloud mode requires Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
3. Minutes and purchases
- Cloud processing is metered in minutes. Minutes are bought as consumable in-app purchases and can only be used inside this app.
- Purchased minutes do not expire.
- Minutes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not refunded when an account is deleted.
- The same account is charged only once for the same episode; reopening or retrying it does not deduct minutes again.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy. If Apple tells us a transaction was refunded, we reverse the corresponding minutes, which may leave a negative balance until your next purchase.
- We may change pack prices and the minutes they include. Changes apply only to later purchases and never to minutes you already hold.
4. Your content
- You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to submit and process it.
- Do not submit unlawful content, or copyrighted content you have no right to use.
- Results (transcript, translation, synthesised audio) are for your personal use; copyright in the source material stays with its owner.
- Cloud processing depends on third-party providers that screen content under local regulation and may refuse some submissions. Such refusals are not a breach on our part.
5. Accuracy of machine output
Speech recognition, translation and speech synthesis are fully automated and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Do not rely on the output for medical, legal or financial decisions. Check the source for anything important.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may suspend or adjust it for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages or force majeure, and may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the cloud service we will give notice in the app.
7. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, cracking, circumventing metering, or abusing the API.
- No automated use beyond normal personal usage.
- We may restrict or terminate accounts that breach this section.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date at the top of this page, with in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
